Using the Game

You may install and play the Game for personal, non-commercial use. The Game, including its code, art, music, and writing, remains the work of its creators and licensors.

Platform rules may also apply when you obtain or use the Game through that platform.

Fair use

Do not cheat, disrupt the service, exploit vulnerabilities, harass others, misuse online or generation features, or use the Game to create or share unlawful or infringing content.

Do not copy, extract, sell, or commercially redistribute the Game or its assets except where the law allows it or you have permission.

Your content

You remain responsible for what you submit. To provide the features you choose to use, you allow the project to process, display, adapt, and share your prompts and generated or submitted content within the Game and related services.

Content shared with other players may continue to circulate in the Game. AI-generated results may resemble other results and may involve third-party rights.

Availability

The Game may change, contain errors, require an internet connection, or become unavailable. Test progress and accounts may be reset.

Access and moderation

We may reject or remove content, or limit access to online features, when reasonably needed to protect the Game, its players, or the rights of others. Serious or repeated misuse may result in account suspension.
